SYSI ID CARDS 

PLAYERS: If you were unable to attend the clinics in September or the final clinic on October 11 please call the SYSI office 975-3413 to make an appointment.  Cards will cost $15.00 and you will need to bring the youth receiving the card and his or her health card or birth certificate.  Players will not need their card to play their games during the first couple months of the season.  Coaches will hand the cards out to their teams when they are processed.

After these clinics the SYSI office will be taking appointments for any coaches/managers that were unable to attend the clinics.
