GAMES Wednesday July 7, 2004 All SYSI Youth Games are on as scheduled tonight, if weather/field conditions change the following SYSI rules apply: XXI. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELING GAMES 2. Canceling Games c) Cancellation of all youth games at the soccer pitch due to inclement weather or other circumstances will be determined as follows: i) If a senior referee has been assigned, the decision to cancel or continue a game will be at the sole discretion of the referee. ii) If a SYSI youth referee has been assigned to the game, the decision to cancel or continue a game will be made by consultation of the SYSI youth referee, and the coaches of the opposing teams. The majority decision will be final and binding. iii) In the event that a game is cancelled at the pitch, a game sheet will be completed, noting the reason for cancelleation, and submitted to SYSI. PHOTO ID CLINIC JULY 7, 2004 IS THE LAST NIGHT OF THE PHOTO ID CLINC. THE CLINIC IS AT THE SOCCER CENTRE IN THE LOUNGE FROM 6:30PM - 9:00PM. ALL PLAYERS WHO HAVE THE POTENTIAL OF GOING TO PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS MUST HAVE AN ID CARD. PLAYERS GETTING ID CARDS MUST BRING WITH THEM: HOSPITALIZATION CARD OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE. (CARDS CAN NOT BE COMPLETED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. COST OF ID CARDS AT THE ABOVE CLINICS ARE $4 PER CARD. NOTE: IF PLAYERS DO NOT ATTEND ONE OF THE SCHEDULED ID CARD CLINICS AND NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE OFFICE TO GET A CARD DONE THE COST PER CARD IS $8. |
